COVID 19 Policy

For the foreseeable future we have decided to block out 24 hours between each booking where possible to give us the extra time to ensure the house has been deep cleaned and ready for the next guests. The check in time has also been changed to – if the property has been empty for over 24 hours guests can request an earlier check in time.
Between each stay all linens and towels and tablecloths are washed at the highest temperature, guests are politely asked to leave their dirty towels in the linen baskets provided.

Extra care will be taken to ensure that all surfaces have been thoroughly cleaned, paying attention to areas that are frequently touched such as light switches, remote controls, handles on all doors and cupboards, the fridge, cooker, all appliances such as the microwave toaster and tea, coffee pots etc.

Each bathroom and the kitchen have had hand sanitisers installed so there is plenty of anti-bacterial hand wash available. Cleaning cloths and kitchen roll are in the kitchen cupboard and there is cleaning/sanitiser spray and disinfectant for guests to use in the house throughout their stay. at no extra charge.

For the moment I have removed jigsaw puzzles and books. I have also removed the condiments such as salt, pepper, spices as well as tea, coffee, sugar and cooking oil that previously I have left for people to use, so please bring your own and take them home with you.
The dishwasher is there for people to use and dishwasher tablets are provided. Guests are asked to load the dishwasher on departure to ensure all items that have been used have been washed thoroughly.

Checking in – we live close by, so we arrange for you to self-check in if required and a key left in a safe place. House instructions with Wi-Fi code etc are sent electronically on arrival. If guests have any questions or need any further guidelines please message me prior to booking, I will reply to your message within 24 hours.
